Kiwi, Tofu and Honey Soy Sauce
This very simple tasty recipe is meant for the stimulation of taste and the incorporation of protein to the diet.
Ingredients

- 2 Kiwi fruit, skinless and cut in rectangles
- 1 package Tofu, cut in matching rectangles
- Place matching layers on a plate
For Honey Soy Sauce
- 3 tablespoons Honey
- 1 tablespoon Soy sauce
- to taste Cayenne pepper

Steps
- In a sauce pan on low heat, place the honey and allow to gently boil 1 (one) time.
- Add the soy sauce and gently stir.
- Add the cayenne pepper.
- Place the sauce over the kiwi and tofu cakes.
