- 1 Fennel, cleaned
- 1 ounce Blue cheese
- 1 can Chicken broth
- to taste Sea salt
- 1 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1 pinch Mayan lover’s pepper (coban)
- 2 pcs Sweet mini peppers

- Cut the fennel in small pieces, add the chicken broth and process to liquid pur´ee.
- Season with salt, pepper and olive oil.
